About the project
A platform rebuilt around real operational needs.
HanaHaus is SAP's co-working space brand located in California, US. When the existing reservation platform's provider was deprecated, the team took the opportunity to rethink the product from the ground up — rather than just rebuild what was there before.
As a working student, I collaborated alongside a Senior UX Designer and an Associate UX Designer within a cross-functional agile team. I contributed across research, design, and testing: conducting system audits and weekly stakeholder interviews to surface operational and user pain points, creating iterative user flows and prototypes through participatory design methodologies, contributing to the design system's structure and scalability, and planning and facilitating usability tests — synthesizing findings into product improvements.
